Cool Co-workers

I have amazing and kind co-workers. I feel like I have always been very blessed to be able to work with such wonderful people throughout my life. 

Here is my TA, Maki. She is soooooo helpful and wonderful. She is the reason that my first week with the students went to so well. I have had to get used to a new school culture and they way they do things. She has been working at ELC for 7 years and so she has got the routines all down and it has been so wonderful having someone around who is so willing to help me out. She has been super patient as I have tried to figure everything out. 

 

 

Here is my team. They are super fabulosa!  I get to work with Julianne and Martha and I feel like we have connected extremely well with each other. They are so great about sharing things and answering my many questions.

 

 

Here I am with most of my co-workers. There is a small restaurant down the street called August Beer so tradition is go to all together every couple/few weeks for happy hour.  They have yummy fries served with cream cheese to dip them in so we all pig out on that while we just hang out and get to know each other.

 

 

I really am so lucky to be where I am. My director has lived all over the world and I am very excited to learn from her.  I have a number of co-workers with international experience and that is exciting as well.  I wasn't able to get pics of everyone so I will try to post more in another future post.
